🔤 Monogram Information & Customization Guidelines

Q: How should I enter my monogram initials?
A: For traditional three-letter monograms, the standard format is:
First Initial – Last Initial (Larger) – Middle Initial
Example: Emily Jane Smith = eSj or ESJ
Please enter initials in the exact order you want them to appear. We do not rearrange or correct monograms.

Q: Can I preview how my monogram will look?
A: Currently, we do not offer design previews for every order. However, we carefully follow your instructions and use established monogram fonts and formatting for clarity and style. Please double-check your entry before submitting!

Q: Can I change my monogram after placing the order?
A: No. All monogrammed and personalized orders are final.
Once submitted, your order is sent directly to production and cannot be changed, edited, or canceled. Please make sure all information is correct before checking out.

Q: What if I made a spelling or monogram order mistake?
A: Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or replacements for customer errors, including:

  • Incorrect placement of letters of monogram or name

  • Fast Fingers during typing

  • Providing the wrong date for event

Please double-check your entries carefully before completing your order.

📦 Shipping & Returns

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most custom orders ship within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is complete and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Q: Who do I contact if my package is delayed or not delivered?
A: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), Wicked Wolf Boutique no longer has control over the delivery time or handling.
Please use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment’s progress and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates, delays, or concerns.

🔔 Important: While I ship orders in a timely manner, I cannot guarantee or influence how long it will take the carrier to deliver your package.

Q: Do you offer refunds for late or delayed shipments?
A: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers. We process orders quickly and provide tracking as soon as they leave our studio, but delivery time is entirely in the carrier’s hands once the item is shipped.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?
A: No. All personalized, monogrammed, or custom-designed items are final sale.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once your order is placed.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or with a mistake?
A: If your item is damaged in transit or there's an error on our part (such as the wrong monogram or item), please email us at support@wickedwolfboutique.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include a clear photo and order number, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Q: Can I message you about my order on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok?
A: No. We do not discuss order details on any social media platform.
To protect your privacy and ensure clear, documented communication, all questions about orders must be sent via email or our website’s chat feature.

🧵 Order & Production Timeline

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most custom orders ship within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons (like holidays), please allow additional processing time. Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

🛑 Out-of-Stock & Limited Items

Q: What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
A: Some of our items are limited edition or seasonal, and once sold out, they will not be restocked. This helps us keep things fresh and unique!

Q: Will you restock popular items?
A: Occasionally! If an item sells out but is in high demand, and the materials are still available, we may restock or remake that product. When that happens:

  • We’ll send out a restock email notice
  • Or post an announcement on our website or social media

Q: Can I get notified when a specific item is back?
A: Yes! Some listings have a “Notify Me” or “Restock Alert” option.
Be sure to enter your email to receive first access if/when the item becomes available again.

  • We do not correct or assume intent.
  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-editable once placed.
