At Wicked Wolf Boutique, each item is handmade with care and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
❌ All Sales Are Final
Most items sold at Wicked Wolf Boutique are personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Please make sure to double-check all personalization details (monogram initials, spelling, colors, product options, etc.) before submitting your order.
✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will happily replace or refund items if:

The wrong item was sent

The product arrived with a clear manufacturing defect or damage

We made an error in personalization (e.g., incorrect monogram that does not match the order details)
To request a replacement or refund due to our error:

Email support@wickedwolfboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue.

We’ll review your request and respond with next steps.
📦 Please note: We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns For:

Incorrect monogram order or spelling entered by the customer

Customer error in selecting the wrong item, size, or color

Items that have been used or altered

Orders returned without prior approval
⏱️ Processing Time Reminder
Each item is crafted with care. Our standard production time is 7–10 business days before shipping. Please refer to your product’s listing for specific turnaround times.
📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for:

Packages lost or delayed by the carrier

Items marked "Delivered" but not received

Orders sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information at checkout
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues. We will always do our best to assist, but once an order leaves our studio, it is in the carrier’s hands.
